Does Amazon connect directly to QuickBooks or Xero?
Not in a way that gives accurate books. A connector such as A2X or Link My Books reads your settlement reports and posts summarized entries. We set it up and check it every month, because mapping errors are common.
What do you need from me to start?
Accountant access to QuickBooks or Xero, read-only access to Seller Central, your bank and card feeds, and supplier invoices for inventory.
Can you handle Amazon US and UK in one company?
Yes. We track each marketplace separately inside one set of books and report profit by marketplace.
I'm a non-resident with a US LLC. Do I need US bookkeeping?
Yes. A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 every year, and the numbers come from your books. Clean books make that filing straightforward.
How far back can you catch up?
As far back as Amazon keeps settlement reports in Seller Central. We confirm what's available on the free call.
Do you file sales tax?
